Cinnamon – While cinnamon is most commonly used in baking, cinnamon has long been used medicinally. Cinnamon has been used as an antiseptic. Popularly found in mouthwashes and toothpastes, cinnamon has been shown to reduce the number of bacteria in the mouth.
