How to attract a cool guy

Cool guys are hard to attract because they already have a herd of women around them.

But, that’s not always a bad thing. Sure it means there’s more competition for him, but that’s what dating is all about, right? Competing for the best match, the best partner, the best boy.

So if you’re sure he’s the man for you, he’s passed your tests from a distance, which means:

You’ve been able to watch him and how he treats the women around him now and he’s not a complete jerk.

You’ve researched his dating history and he’s not the “love ’em and leave ’em” kind of person who will break your heart.

You know that he will commit to you when you start dating him.

If he’s good at these three things, then it’s time to court him.

Get your attention.

make me love you

Step one

investigate it. Make sure he’s not a complete jerk around women, that he shows you some respect.

Second step

Study your competition. Your first reaction might write off the other girls as bums (or worse), but they’re hanging around the cool guy for a reason, he watches the how and why of what they do.

Step three

Find something in common with the cool guy. You are not a door-to-door salesperson, this is not a cold call. You know what your target is like, so you also need to know a few things about him, what does he do that you do too? Do you have points in common to start a relationship? Once you have that information, you need to plan your approach to it.

Step four

Focus

You need to get his attention so the first thing is to wait until he is alone, or with a girl of lower status than you. Walk right up to him and say something like “Hello”…but not that pathetic. Remember, he is a “cool guy” and is used to a certain type of treatment from women.

So the first thing you say is “Hey, you were really good at (whatever last sport you played that you saw)…” A little praise always opens the door for a more detailed conversation. Keep the conversation going for about two minutes, not much longer. To escape the conversation, you say “I have to run, call me (and write your number or email address on the palm of his hand) and walk away.

Your knees shake, you sweat, you feel sick. But now you have the cool guy’s attention, so be patient and wait for his call or email.

You have done well. Good luck!
