Enjoy your vacation, don’t waste it in the bathroom!

Traveler’s diarrhea. It turns out to be the best of us. No matter how luxurious the hotel or how careful one is to avoid the local water, traveler’s diarrhea is often unavoidable. When traveling to a foreign country, the body necessarily comes into contact with water, food and bacteria to which it is not imputed. The body’s delicate balance of good and bad bacteria is easily upset, and you spend a day or two hugging the toilet. Traveler’s diarrhea upsets your system, it’s embarrassing and inconvenient, and most importantly, it makes you unable to enjoy your vacation properly!

However, there are ways to avoid traveler’s diarrhea. Taking simple precautions, like avoiding tap water and washing your hands regularly, is an absolute must. But one can also take care of the body by taking probiotics (friendly bacteria), to increase the levels of good bacteria and help protect the body against foreign microorganisms. Take a travel-specific probiotic supplement before and during your vacation or trip.

When we prepare for a vacation, we are often ready to splurge on new clothes. We remember to pack our favorite books, our best dress, etc. But too often, we forget to take care of our health. This time, be sure to remember your sunhats, your sunscreen, and of course, your probiotics pack.
